Join the WA Museum’s Acting Head of History, Stephen Anstey, for a full day professional workshop in Manjimup.
The workshop is designed to develop skills in collection management, and will include a look at collection policy and assessing object significance, object care and handling.
Program for the day also includes an update on the collections sector from Robert Mitchell, Executive Officer of Museums Galleries Australia WA, and a Q&A session where you may bring up any questions about collecting, documentation or other museum issues.
The WA Museum, MGAWA and the Shire of Manjimup are proud to offer the workshop as a free event, however, numbers are limited and bookings are essential.
